Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version is binding.

Reservations and payments

A reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
Exception: the deposit is refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay.
No cancellation notice (“no-show”): the deposit is not refunded, and we additionally reserve the right to charge the guest the full price of the stay.
The stay is paid on the day of arrival.
Guests who would like a VAT invoice should say so when booking and provide the company name and VAT/tax ID (NIP).

The apartment is rented by the night. Each night runs from 2:00 pm to 11:00 am on the following day.
In the event of an earlier departure or a later arrival, the guest is not entitled to a refund for services not used.
Local tourist tax (opłata miejscowa): PLN 3 per person per night.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, the apartments and the rooms.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
In the event of improper behaviour or disturbance of the quiet hours, the owner has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, without refunding any payments already made.

The rented apartment or room must be left in the same condition as on the day of arrival.
Any faults in appliances must be reported immediately.
A guest who damages the equipment is obliged to cover the full cost of repair.
Claims for damage are settled by agreement before departure. Disputes are settled in court.

A complaint should include: name and surname, address, a description of the event, the reason, your requests and the date of the event
Processing time: up to 14 working days
